The Franchise Business Systems Administrator is responsible for overseeing the daily efforts related to the franchise business systems. This person works as a liaison between Franchise Administration and other enterprise departments to integrate details related to the franchise business into the systems to achieve best results.


    What you will be doing


    This position plays an active role in franchise administration. This person will be responsible for daily inputs, as well as strategy for future businesses into the systems to achieve best results. The incumbent will interface with other leaders to allocate resources to accomplish tasks and achieve corporate objectives. This person will be responsible for change management related to the system and align current system functionality with business needs and processes.

    • Responsible for daily system administration and organization of the system
    • Create templates and reports for on-going support of the business
    • Manages user access, including set-up, training, password reset and user terminations
    • Primary contact with vendor and provide oversight and support for system trouble tickets
    • Escalation of issues to vendor, as needed
    • Manages changes and enhancements to system

    We feel the successful candidate has these qualifications and experience:


    • 3+ years of College or equivalent experience required
    • 8 years multi-unit Management experience in the lodging or service industry and franchise development experience required
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate to a large audience
    • Experience in enhancing talent management
    • Ability to work in a team-based system and get along well with others
