Maintain and develop revenue opportunities through distribution channels, by managing and overseeing performance of G6 brands and properties on those channels.  Serves as principle contact for all distribution inquiries and travel bookings for franchises.

    • Working with the e-Commerce team, the Support Coordinator, OTA assumes a leadership role  to respond, solve, and track issues relating to customer access and availability of inventory and rates for all online travel agencies (OTAs) and meta-search websites.
    • Serves as primary point of contact for Franchisees for Ecommerce channel distribution.
    • The Distribution Support Coordinator will provide frontline primary troubleshooting and supports critical and repetitive issues and escalates recommendations to Level 2 support, Director/VP, as needed.
    • Regularly monitors and supports inquiries relating to content quality or rate parity issues on the OTAs and meta-search websites.  Communicate pricing discrepancies to the Revenue Management team for handling.
    • Responsible for responding to, documenting and resolving HEAT tickets, and inquiries to the Online distribution email inbox in a timely manner according to SLA. May be required to adjust work schedule as needed, for after hours, weekend/holiday support to high priority tickets coming from the G6 Help Desk.
    • Other roles and responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Distribution
    • Troubleshoot and expedite all issues relating to a connected location having connectivity or current issues, working with e-Commerce team, property management and/or franchise owner.
    • Provide support to reconciliation team on commission related issues or inquiries; coordinates with motels any third party website complaint, compliance issue or payment disputes, when escalated.
    • The Distribution Coordinator will command a full understanding of established distribution partnerships to support and enforce compliance in accordance with commercial agreements.


    • The ideal candidate will have 2+ years’ experience in the hospitality industry in a distribution, reservations or revenue management capacity with a hospitality company or online travel agency.
    • Must possess a strong understanding of hospitality 3rd party distribution to Global Distribution Systems (GDSs), online travel agents, and meta-search websites.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal and multi-tasking skills are essential. 
    • Able to work in a fast paced environment with multiple deadlines and expected quick responses
    • Ability to communicate up and down the organization both internal and external.
    • Ability to work with existing and cross functional teams
    • The Support Coordinator must have excellent problem solving skills in order to diagnose, evaluate and resolve situations.
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Associates degree or above industry experience preferred.
