G6 Hospitality is seeking a DIRECTOR FIELD HUMAN RESOURCES to support company owned Motel 6 and Studio 6 properties on all aspects of human resources. The ideal person is an established bi-lingual HR leader who will help transform vision into reality by shaping the culture of the organization while assisting in building a high performance work environment. The primary focus is to serve as a key business partner with operations leadership and is primarily responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the human resources management activities, supervisory responsibilities of HR Manager(s), maximizing the strategic use of HR, and assisting functions such as compensation, recruitment, personnel policies, employee relations, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities will be over the eastern half of the country, requiring travel up to 25%.

About the Role:
Lead and manage a HR team by training, developing, and coaching team members on a consistent basis.
Assist with the creation and implementation of the Enterprise Operations HR Strategy.
Build credibility with business leaders by demonstrating an understanding of the business strategy and change management needs.
Develop, implement and measure strategic short and long term goals aligned with the business units' objectives.
Assure the achievement of regional leadership responsibilities by providing guidance, mentoring, coaching, development and feedback.
Drive operational compliance with internal procedures and government regulations.
Champion change and effectively guide business partners and team members through organizational change.
Respond to and handle complaints, arbitrate disputes, and resolve grievances, or otherwise negotiate with others.
Serve as liaison between enterprise operations and the support offices in areas such as Risk Management, Legal, Compensation, Compliance, etc.
Serve as the conscious of the organization and protector of our core values
