    The Director, Franchise Development Sales & Lead Generation is a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and organizational skills, and strong multitasking abilities.  This role is responsible for the supervision of a high-functioning, motivated team focused on lead generation, project management, market and trend analysis, as well as brand messaging concentrated on franchise growth across multiple platforms.  This individual must possess strong communication and relationship building skills, along with the ability to prioritize tasks for the most efficient use of time while maintaining deadlines and a positive, customer-oriented demeanor.

    Responsibilities

    • Create  a robust lead generation platform to obtain high quality leads for our domestic & international development teams
      • Create and implement franchise lead generation scripts for team to utilize during sales/appointment calls
      • Research Target markets and develop lead strategy for each
      • Create and Implement a robust tradeshow/conference lead generation outreach plan
      • Manage high profile client meetings
      • Enhance and manage VIP event strategy
      • Find new innovative ways for development outreach in all markets
      • Enhance and manage sales blitz strategy
    • Develop and implement brand outreach program to enhance reputation and further development opportunities in areas that have high barriers to entry. 
    • Develop and implement a Franchise Development specific marketing program to include but not limited to:
      • Facilitate and implement a new development website/franchisee portal
      • Create and Facilitate and implement annual Franchise Development Messaging
      • Manage the implementation of annual Franchise Development messaging through all aspects of development marketing: Tradeshow booth. Collateral, Developer presentations, Development website, Email campaigns, Social media, Trade magazines, Lead generation scripts and new client pitch presentations
      • Develop and manage social media strategy for franchise development
      • Oversee tradeshow management
      • Understand our competitor’s offerings and advantages to ensure we communicate our competitive advantage effectively  
    • Direct, manage, mentor and lead the franchise development lead generation/sales/ marketing and analytics team
    • Handle internal and external clients in a professional, ethical and responsible manner
    • Participate in required meetings and be prepared to present sales, marketing and lead generation updates
    • Stay up-to-date on all industry and technical knowledge and skills
    • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
    • Attend industry related regional and/or national trade shows as identified, report on shows viability and leads generated
    • Ability to deal with the needs of a multi-cultural client base

    Qualifications

    • BS / BA degree in Marketing, Business, or related background or equivalent combination of experience, education or training
    • Five + years of building, managing and leading a team
    • Two or more years of experience as in sales, marketing analysis or lead generation in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong organizational skills, written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
