The desktop Administrator position is responsible for providing computing administration for the Columbus Contact Center and @Home agent staff so that they can successfully perform their job functions. Develop and maintain desktop configuration standards. Create effective measures for maintaining desktop integrity. Deploy the appropriate software applications that allow the users to perform their duties in a highly productive manner. Continually update network diagrams and department policies and procedures. Maintain the integrity of the hardware inventory of PCs, servers and networking equipment. Coordinate the administration of networking access and user rights and privileges. Supervise, coordinate and provide guidance to the Contact Center Support Specialist. **Must have** Avaya (AACC), Aspect, PBX and Soft Phones experience.
