    The Operations Support Coordinator reports to the Operations Support Manager and is responsible for providing routine and specialized functions to Operations. The individual provides administrative duties such as investigating problems, compiling data, budgeting, developing spreadsheets, preparing reports, processing invoices, creating presentations, and supporting field-impacting projects.

    • Responsible for investigating assigned problems, compiling data, and preparing reports and recommendations for action
    • Communicates with all company personnel at all organizational levels.
    • Prepares reports utilizing various software programs.
    • Be central collecting point for requests to the organization –corporate requests and follow up on project deadlines, etc.
    • Responsible for managing and tracking certain operations team member expense reports
    • Schedule and manage meeting agendas for operational meetings and calls – forums, convention, team builds, regional
    • Print and distribute birthday/anniversary cards to the RDO/RVP/SVP’s for monthly recognition/milestones
    • Help organize brand initiatives and projects as necessary
    • Prepare and assist with operational presentations
    • Schedule and track Franchisee MIT training
    • Act a liaison between vendors and properties on brand level projects
    • Split and process chain invoices (answering service, safety answering line, etc.).
    • Guest Certificate requests and tracking
    • Maintain and update Operation alignment documents, Do Not Rent List Report
    • Tracking of closed locations archive process
    • IT support Heat ticket escalations
    • Provide Guest Relations support to franchisees and Directors of Operations
    • Extranet/Intranet document management
    • Respond to Franchise hotline calls/ Operations calls
    • Update of SOP and Operations manuals
    • Manage Motel 6 and Studio 6 global email distribution lists


    • High-school graduate / some college preferred
    • Three plus years of office/administrative experience in a fast-paced applicable environment or for current G6 Hospitality Team Members, equivalent experience and training,
    • Strong application skills on a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software (Outlook, Oracle, Reveal, Information Station, CMS, WebEx, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
    • For new hires, must meet all G6 Hospitality’s employment qualifications in force at time of hiring, including successful passing of background check
    • For current G6 Hospitality employees, must have received a “Meets Expectations” or above on last performance appraisal
