    Legal Support Coordinator


    G6 is currently searching for a Legal Support Coordinator to help our team manage the litigation process for the company.  This would include assisting from inception/discovery, to coordinating with field personnel and outside counsel, as well as researching information and drafting documents.  Additional information about the role is below, as well as more information about the background of the successful candidate.

    More about the role


      • Drafting legal documents, including discovery, pleadings, and communications for the enterprise.
      • Assisting in responding to discovery, including collection of documents, evidence, and revisions.
      • Corresponding with outside counsel, insurance carriers, field personnel, and personnel at all levels of the organization.
      • Assist with management of EEOC and employee relation matters.
      • Assisting with providing support, advice and counsel to Field Leaders.
      • Building and maintaining solid business relationships internally and externally.
      • Assisting with other legal functions on an ongoing basis.


    Who we are looking for


    • Associate degree or BS, BA preferred
    • Actively engaged – 100% responsibility
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • 3+ years of litigation experience preferred
    • 1+ years in a service industry environment preferred
    • Strong organizational and process orientation
    • Consistent collaboration skills and practices
    • Excellent time management, prioritization skills in a fast paced environment
    • Solid attention to detail
