This position reports to the Director - Assistant Controller and is responsible for the accurate processing and collection of manual and sub-system interfaced financial information generated monthly within G6 Hospitality. The information is compiled into monthly reports for the field and the quarterly and annual unaudited and audited financial statements. This position supervises a team that is responsible for reporting financial activity relating to leases (capital and operating), debt, miscellaneous cash transactions, workers comp., general liability insurance, group health, P&L support, subsidiary and/or managed companies reporting, census reporting, Ad Hoc reports, special financial projects, month end preliminary and Executive level inquiries, allocation schedules and miscellaneous analysis of general ledger accounts. In addition, the manager is responsible for coordinating with the REDC and FP&A to ensure internal reporting for CapEx is correct.. Primary functions include the monitoring and reporting on the capital spending of fixed assets, cash flow, and budgeting and forecasting of capital as well as depreciation and amortization. The position is involved in the implementation of new systems and or upgrades of existing software that flow into the financial system.
