About the role:

Responsible for the recruiting activities of all corporate positions (exempt and non-exempt) as well as leaders in our Columbus, OH contact center with a high focus on quality and speed.  Major clients are IT, F&A, Risk and HR.

Job Responsibilities
  • Conducts screening interviews for open positions. Assesses talent and generates qualified candidates in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrates a Heart for Service and represents our brands to candidates.
  • Ensures timely follow-up with candidates to provide a positive candidate experience.
  • Conducts Hiring Manager meetings to identify expectations, clarify process and provide regular updates.
  • Ensures compliance for EEO/Diversity programs.






Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of experience in a recruitment department or staffing agency or High School Diploma/GED and at least 4 years of experience in a recruitment department or staffing agency.
  • Knowledge of interview assessment techniques, such as behavioral – based interviewing
  • Experience with iCIMS preferred but not required
  • Experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing talent.
