Provide end-to-end solutions of consumer-demanded growth that Investors desire, combining the sales and marketing promise, making the right investments for the near and long term. Applying experience in bottom-up efforts, optimization, risk management, design, contracting and construction project management.



  • Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
      • Ramp-up of design processes and methods in a capital intensive industry solving complex operational challenges, blending strategic thinking with hands-on practicality, that solve business opportunities.
      • Advise and implement lean construction project management, anticipating deliverables, outcomes, and required resources, continuously developing cooperation and results.
      • Work as part of a development sales, project management, strategic partner client management and brand design practice to manage risk and develop holistically the business and related projects at a global level.
      • Developing new design/analytical approaches, techniques and metrics, collaborating with other departments in order to use existing frameworks and develop new frameworks to move forward with strategic goals.
      • Providing expertise across hotel development, as well as other departments in developing new models to help the enterprise and Investors optimize growth and profitability.
      • Focus on innovations to respond to opportunities that are market and entrepreneurial based.
      • Review and evaluate design/standard exception requests.
      • Lead brainstorming sessions and product concepts.
      • Work with external resources to create products that successfully exemplify the G6 Brands.

  • Job Requirements:
    • Stay on the cutting edge of what’s new in the business of design, identifying opportunities and experimenting with applying new methods and concepts to Investor’s opportunities.
    • Ability to review, analyze and make recommendations regarding designs, plans, and specifications at the conceptual level.
    • Ability to supervise and plan the work of technical and professional subordinates.


  • Education: Bachelor of Architecture. American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) accreditation
  • Experience: At least 10 years of experience in Real Estate Development, Construction Management and Product Development.
  • The ability to be creative balanced with cost effective solutions.
  • Experience with a large Multi-State Regional brand or National Brand.
  • Travel globally on short notice and extensively, up to 50% of the time.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly to all audiences. Good verbal and written communication required.
  • Must be comfortable speaking/representing G6 Brands in public settings.
  • Multi-lingual is a plus.
